Ordering

If you have questions about the use, materials, or size of the jewelry, please contact info@miaguldberg.com

All agreements are made in Danish or English. Once you have completed an order, the system will automatically send you an email with an order confirmation, showing which products you have purchased.

Prices

All listed prices include Danish VAT (25%) and are in Danish kroner unless otherwise stated. Prices are current and may change without notice.

Payment

At miaguldberg.com, you can pay with:

ApplePay
MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, and American Express.

The amount for the items will not be charged until the items are shipped. A larger amount than what you approved at the time of purchase can never be charged.

Mia Guldberg does not store credit card information.

Refund of Purchase Amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get back the paid amount. In case of a value reduction for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount. Custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless otherwise agreed.

I will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day I receive your notification of wanting to withdraw from the agreement. (However, this does not apply to additional delivery costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that I offer).

I will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

I may withhold the refund until I have received the item, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

Note: I do not accept packages sent cash on delivery. The package must be sent directly to the studio, see address below. Packages sent to various pick-up points will not be collected.

Reservations

I reserve the right to reject an order with incorrect personal information.

All image material and text may only be used for internal purposes and may not be reproduced or duplicated according to applicable Danish copyright law.

Complaints

If you, as a consumer, want to complain about your purchase, you should contact info@miaguldberg.com If it is not possible to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:
